stir-fried asparagus with shrimps 芦笋炒虾仁



This is a simple & easy way to cook asparagus, stir-fried with shrimps.
Taste is so good, as long as you cook at the right times and do not over cook it. The asparagus is still crunchy & the shrimps is not over cooked.

ingredients: (serve 2 pax)

1 pack of baby asparagus (eventually you only get half of it)
some shrimps (I only found tiny white shrimp in my freezer)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
salt & pepper


  1. heat pan with some oil, add in minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  2. add in asparagus, stir fry.
  3. medium high heat, add shrimps, oyster sauce, sugar , salt & pepper, stir fry for 30 second.
  4. cover lid for another 2 minutes.
  5. off the heat & serve.
