My hubby request for burger, so I use this recipe to make 6 medium size burger buns instead store bought buns with 10 pieces in the pack which we will not finish in time. The buns were soft even I stored the buns in a sealer bag for 3 days!

Making this normal pan crust aloha chicken pizza for dinner. Very simple ingredients needed. Pineapple, chicken cubes and mozzarella cheese. The edge of the crust was filled with mozzarella cheese.

Since I have a bottle of Cranberry Sauce ready in the fridge, so I decided to make a tart by using cranberry. I never make this kind of tart before, but I have all the ingredients on hand. Just play it by combine it all together and walla!! This Cranberry Cream Cheese Tart is born! Haha..
