Baby butterfly
Smallest butterfly that we ever seen! She was suddenly flies out from the plastic bag which I packed the herbal greens from mom's house. She was migrated to our house all the way from Batu Gajah, Perak.
After taken these pictures, I asked my son to release her to our back yard garden. Hope she will survive.

stir-fried bitter gourd with black beans 豆鼓炒苦瓜
Another bitter gourd dish in our list - stir-fried bitter gourd with black bean paste. It is a vegetarian dish, very simple and nice to eat. I also use our organic home grown bitter gourd to cook this dish.

stuffed bitter gourd 釀苦瓜
This is another way to cook bitter gourd - stuffed bitter gourd with pork & fish paste, serve with fermented soy bean paste as dipping sauce. Eat more bitter gourd is good for our body as bitter gourd can cool down our body especially when we ate a lot of fried food.

stir-fried Di Huang Miao / Emperor Vegetables 清炒帝王苗
This is a super simple stir-fried vegetables, simply fried with garlic. It is one of our home grow vegetables in our small backyard garden. This plant call Basella alba or Malabar Spinach.

Mangoes in the seasons! 家外的芒果树开满了!
Our Mango tree grows a lot of mangoes lately, especially seeing this bundle of mangoes hanging on the tree, I think is about 10 mangoes on this one!

my little wild strawberries 我的野草莓
Love this wild strawberries at first sight, it was given by my aunt. She asked us if we want to try her own grown strawberries at her backyard. I was wonder how strawberry could survive in a hot weather as she was not staying in high hills like Cameron Highlands.

our homegrown banana tree (1) 香蕉树 (1)
Our banana trees at the backyard, not a tall banana trees, species unknown. It does not turn yellow even though is ripen. But is very fragrant when you peel & eat the banana. Anyone knows what is this species call?

mangoes tree 芒果树
Move in to this house include a mango tree with some sweet mangoes! Hurray! My son was very happy to cut the mangoes which start turning yellow. He was super excited and keep asking me when he can eat the mangoes! LOL

Plant a lot of times but never had fruit. Finally we saw many tomatoes! From flower to fruit, harvest by ourself. Love it...
