This lemon chicken chop was crunchy on the skin, the chicken meat was tender and juicy and the lemon sauce is sour with some sweetness and it is one of the best combination for pan-fried chicken chop.
Lemon chicken chop is always my husband favourites and also more healthy, less oily than fried chicken.
I do not like to use ready make lemon sauce, I always cook of the same day or day before if I plan to cook lemon chicken. I do not have any recipe for the lemon sauce but just add and less of the ingredients like.... 2 -3 lemon juice, a lot of sugar, cornstarch & water! That's the main ingredients you need! Cook until it thicken.

我不喜欢用现成的柠檬酱,我总是在煮当天或前一天准备好,如果我打算煮柠檬鸡的话。柠檬酱我没有写下任何食谱,成分就有....2-3柠檬汁,大量的糖,玉米淀粉和水!这就是你所需要的主要成分!煮到它变浓和对味就可以了。

ingredients: (3 pax)
3 chicken drumstick, debone
2 tbsp all purpose flour
salt & pepper
some oil
- drain debone chicken drumstick, rub with salt & pepper
- pat some all purpose flour on both side of the chicken
- oiled pan in medium high heat, place chicken skin side down to pan fry until golden brown
- turn to other side to pan fry to golden brown, drain excess oil
- serve with homemade lemon sauce!
配料:(3人)
3鸡腿,去骨
2汤匙中筋面粉
盐和胡椒
一些油
- 沥干鸡腿然后去骨,擦盐和胡椒
- 鸡两侧拍一些多用途面粉
- 在中高热量油烧热,鸡皮朝煎至金黄色
- 转向另一边,煎至金黄色,沥干多余的油
- 淋上自制的柠檬酱就可上桌了!
