steamed giant bao/buns 大肉包


I seldom buy giant bao in my life, the main reason was I don't have a big stomach for it. My choice was always choose for char siew bao or vegetables baos. This is just my first attempt to make this giant bao, really hope that it will be success.

I still have a small mustard green in my fridge, I have no idea how to use it in my cooking. Suddenly in my mind, I want to try to cook it with some chinese sausage and it taste not bad at all.

claypot rice with chinese sausage 瓦煲臘腸飯



Here's another recipe from my husband. He is the chief of the day. Chinese sausage also call chinese-preserved-sausage. We love it as it taste so good when having it on a rainy day. The smell of the sausage is so awesome when its cooked! Love it! Love it!
