We always make pizza as our dinner. Because it is so easy and can decorate as our wish. Also I still have a pack of mozzarella in my fridge, so it is time to make pizza again!

peanut butter buns 花生酱小餐包


Peanut butter buns for this bake. Soft little buns for our breakfast and tea time. Some was garnish with black sesame seeds and make one sugar buns for my little one.

IKEA meatball & egg pizza 宜家牛肉丸和鸡蛋皮萨



IKEA meatball for Pizza? Yes, this is our dinner for the night. There were some leftover Ikea  meatball in the fridge, so I decided to make a big pizza for dinner! Additional egg at the center! Yummmmmmy....

the REAL banana bread 真正的香蕉面包


Use banana to make bread loaf. Should be very interesting! I just try it out, overall not bad, have banana fragrance with the bread, simply spread with butter will be nice to taste.



sardins buns 沙丁鱼餐包


Making sardine buns for my family, added some onion into the fillings and it turn out delicious. My kitchen was run out of bread flour so I substitute with my "always available" all purpose flour. Although it does not have high gluten compare with bread flour but it still soft to eat.

overnight fermented wholemeal bread 隔夜发酵的全麦面包


Making bread is taking at least 3 hours from scratch, time start from dough kneading until finish baking. Sometimes just lazy to get up from morning and I personally feel this overnight fermented bread is cutting down half  of the hour (from kneading to first fermentation). Really convenient and time saving!

This is a wholemeal loaf which I use my tiny mixer to knead the dough.


combine all flour, sugar, salt & instant yeast into your 
mixer bowl, mix well

I love this video! Richard Bertinet showing how he hand knead to make white with recipe. I like his method by at first you will feel very tiring but soon after few attempts you will love his method and his great recipe!

homemade burger buns 自制汉堡面包

 


My hubby request for burger, so I use this recipe to make 6 medium size burger buns instead store bought buns with 10 pieces in the pack which we will not finish in time. The buns were soft even I stored the buns in a sealer bag for 3 days!

bran wholemeal loaf 麸皮全麦面包


I really love this kind of crusty loaf, it is like a European bread. Crunchy at the outside and so soft inside of the loaf. I even had a hard time to cut the loaf.

an epi loaf (epi 面包)


An epi is usually a loaf of French bread which is cut and shaped to resemble an ear of wheat. This bread is beautiful to look at and is pulled apart, rather than sliced, which makes it a great party bread.
