pan fried salmon with pasta 香煎三文鱼与意大利面


A simple garlic and herbs pasta with pan fried salmon on the table for our dinner. Own cook western food is more healthier and also very economical if compare with western food restaurant. We can enjoy with big portion of pasta and 2 pieces of salmon on the plate!!! Specially cook for my guy!

finger licking grilled saba fish 烤鲭鱼


Looks delicious and so "Japanese" flavor, this grilled saba fish (blue mackerel) was very famous dish in the Japanese restaurant. I thought is very hard to cook and must had some secret sauce to cook it. 

The truth is, it was so simple and quick to cook this delicious dish in your kitchen!

sardins buns 沙丁鱼餐包


Making sardine buns for my family, added some onion into the fillings and it turn out delicious. My kitchen was run out of bread flour so I substitute with my "always available" all purpose flour. Although it does not have high gluten compare with bread flour but it still soft to eat.

mustard green pickles with fried fish 酸菜鱼




Use my homemade mustard greens pickles to cook this dish. My grandma and my mom used to cook this dish for us when we were young. I called up my mom to ask for her recipe because I really have a long time didn't have this dish on my table. I also wanted to test my mustard green pickles.

homemade burger buns 自制汉堡面包

 


My hubby request for burger, so I use this recipe to make 6 medium size burger buns instead store bought buns with 10 pieces in the pack which we will not finish in time. The buns were soft even I stored the buns in a sealer bag for 3 days!
