Rustic pizza for this time, I use the same pizza dough which I throw in the freezer last week. Today is mother's day! Wish every mothers HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!
Fresh from the oven - my rustic pizza! This was our lunch for mother's day.
ingredients for pizza primer:-
70g wholemeal flour
130g all purpose flour
300g bread flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1-1/2 tsp instant yeast
355g water
- combine all ingredients into a dough (knead about 10 mins) by hand
- cover the dough and let it rest for another 10 mins
- continue knead the dough until surface of the dough become smooth (about 5 minutes)
- cover, fermented to double in size or an hour
- cut half of the dough and wrap with plastic bag, put in the freezer for later use
toppings:-
marinara sauce
1/2 tomato, slice thinly
sausage
mushroom
mozzerella cheese
cheddar cheese
olive oil
salt & pepper

Method to get this rustic look pizza is to bake this pizza at 210℃ at the lowest rack for 7 minutes, then move up to the top rack at 180℃ for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melting and light brown.
Remember to dizzle some olive oil on top of the pizza before you bake the pizza. Also brush some butter or olive oil on the sides of the pizza! Enjoy!!
