ingredients:
5 large red tomatoes, cut to small cubes
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium size onion, minced
salt & pepper
spices - parsley, basil & oregano
- medium heat, heat the sauce pan with some olive oil, add in tomatoes, stir frequently & cook until soft
- add in minced garlic & onion
- add spices
- add salt & pepper to taste
- turn to low heat, let it simmer until the sauce become thick about 20-30 minutes
