pan fried roasted pork with celery and tofu 芹菜豆腐炒烧肉



Roasted pork belly always is our favorites. 


Like this most, can eat roasted pork and have tofu and celery. This combination is the best, simply a house dish(住家菜). One bite of roasted pork and another bite of tofu and celery, yummy, yummy. What so yummy? The tofu had absorb the fragrance of the celery and the gravy of the roasted pork, so juicy! My mouth and my mind is full of hunger when I writing this blog and it's recipe, also saw this photo!!!! Must cook it again!


Ingredients: (2-3 pax)

Roasted pork belly
2 pcs of square hard tofu (cut to long strips)
1 stake of celery 芹菜 (cut to 1 inch length)
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/3 cup hot water
some garlic oil


  1. heat wok with cooking oil, fry hard tofu until crispy and golden brown.
  2. drain and set aside.
  3. heat wok with garlic oil, add roasted pork, let fry a while to melt the fat down a bit.
  4. add celery, keep stir fry.
  5. add fried tofu, then add oyster sauce, light soy sauce and sugar.
  6. high heat, pour in hot water, stir around. Cover wok for 1-2 minutes until gravy almost dry.
  7. serve.
