son's 6th birthday cake - rainbow birthday cake 儿子的彩虹蛋糕

This is a rainbow chiffon cake purposely bake for my little boy for his 6th birthday and going to celebrate at his school. I baked it in a hurry for him as he complaint in that morning that he wanna a cake because he already informed his classmate that he will blow his birthday cake in school. Me as a mom don't want to disappoint my son. Although he already celebrated his birthday at his grandparents house earlier.
Very very soft and colourful cake to make which very suite to his age. The texture was great, with spongy and I topped with some chocolate fudge lines and some colourful sugar rice. The kids at school was so happy to see me bring this cake to his class, the cake finished in seconds!!

  1. What an amazing design! This remembered me of my friend's birthday dinner couple of weeks back. Liked the services at venues in NYC and also their presentable table décor was liked by all. Chandeliers and lighting was accurate. Food served was sumptuous. Cake cutting ceremony was really very funny.
