homemade sushi 自制寿司


This is the first time I try to make sushi from scratch, not easy yet not difficult. I cooked the sushi rice then add in the vinegar mixture, stirring, rolling, cutting & having fun!



I making a west meet east version, add in some cheese, carrot, green coral, mayonnaise and fried eggs roll.

Try on 3 rolls and finally the 3rd one looks more presentable. My son was so excited to watch me making it and wanted to help but I really get a bit nervous so I have to refuse his little help.
