mustard greens sautéed with chinese sausage 腊肠炒芥菜



I still have a small mustard green in my fridge, I have no idea how to use it in my cooking. Suddenly in my mind, I want to try to cook it with some chinese sausage and it taste not bad at all.




ingredients:
1 mustard greens (inner part), cut to pieces
1 chinese sausage, cut to small cubes
3 cloves garlic, minced
salt & white pepper

  1. medium heat, heat cooking pan with some oil.
  2. add chinese sausage, sauté until fragrant and oil release from it.
  3. add in minced garlic, keep sautéing until have garlic fragrant.
  4. add in mustard greens, stir-fry to cook, add salt & pepper to taste.
  5. serve.
