I still have a small mustard green in my fridge, I have no idea how to use it in my cooking. Suddenly in my mind, I want to try to cook it with some chinese sausage and it taste not bad at all.
ingredients:
1 mustard greens (inner part), cut to pieces
1 chinese sausage, cut to small cubes
3 cloves garlic, minced
salt & white pepper
- medium heat, heat cooking pan with some oil.
- add chinese sausage, sauté until fragrant and oil release from it.
- add in minced garlic, keep sautéing until have garlic fragrant.
- add in mustard greens, stir-fry to cook, add salt & pepper to taste.
- serve.
