bread dough kneading by normal mixer 用普通搅拌器也能揉面团!

I just post all photo here... method just like photo shown. 
This is a wholemeal loaf which I use my tiny mixer to knead the dough.


combine all flour, sugar, salt & instant yeast into your 
mixer bowl, mix well


milk & egg in another bowl

add liquids into the mixing bowl, start turn #1, about 2-3 minutes, stop

start again turn #1, knead again for another 2-3 minutes.
Repeat steps & stop if feel motor begin hot. Rest for 1 minute..

add butter, knead again. Total time I use was about 
20-25 minutes... (include rest time)

stop kneading if you have this window panel test, stretch 
the dough into thin film, almost transparent

round dough into a ball, rest, cover & let ferment 
for 1 hour or double in size in room temp.

punch all air out from dough, divide into 3 parts & shape

proof for second time. Forgot about the fermentation, overly proof, 
it was almost triple size!!! Brush with some egg wash.

Preheat oven at 180C, bake for 30 minutes, remove 
from pan once bake & cooled on a wired rack.
