basic homemade noodles 自制基本面条/油面



This is a very basic noodle that you can make at home. You can exclude the alkaline water if you don't have at home. Easy to make and safe to eat! Enjoy!

ingredients:

400g AP flour
140-160g water (may vary)
1 tsp salt
1/3 tsp alkaline
  1. mix all ingredients in a bowl, water add at last to adjust to a suitable amount (depends on flour quality & weather)
  2. divide to 5 or more pieces, use noodle machine to flatten the dough from #1 to #4
  3. then final cut to desire wideness
