vegetables chicken soup 蔬菜鸡汤




This vegetables soup was the easiest soup ever. "Recycle" the water that I use to soaked the chicken at Hainan chicken rice 海南鸡饭.




Above was the photo that shows the water that I used to boil & soak the chicken earlier.

ingredients:
1 carrot, cut to cubes
some cabbage, cut slice
some chinese cabbage 大白菜, cut slice
salt & white pepper to taste
  1. add carrots, cabbage & chinese cabbage into the "leftover water" from the chicken
  2. boil & let simmer for 1/2 hour until vegetables are soft
  3. add salt & white pepper to taste
  4. serve
