stir-fried holland pea with garlic & love 爱心荷兰豌豆炒蒜蓉


This is a very simple stir-fry vegetables, main ingredients vegetables, garlic, salt and oyster sauce. Specially cut this heart shape carrot for my love. I told him that who ever eat this heart shape carrot will get all my love to him!! Haha... that's my little boy! He really eat all the carrot & he loves it!

steamed soft tofu with dried shrimps gravy 虾米蒸豆腐


Steamed tofu always use soft tofu instead of hard tofu. So many types of tofu, I also got confused. Cooking tofu is always an easiest task for me. I like to put on some gravy or just a simple oyster sauce gravy would be tasty enough.

the REAL banana bread 真正的香蕉面包


Use banana to make bread loaf. Should be very interesting! I just try it out, overall not bad, have banana fragrance with the bread, simply spread with butter will be nice to taste.



sardins buns 沙丁鱼餐包


Making sardine buns for my family, added some onion into the fillings and it turn out delicious. My kitchen was run out of bread flour so I substitute with my "always available" all purpose flour. Although it does not have high gluten compare with bread flour but it still soft to eat.

pumpkin & oats steamed buns / mantou 南瓜燕麦馒头


Healthy buns for breakfast, with pumpkin and oats. Very bright yellow orangey colour of steamed buns and this will brighten my day in the morning! The texture was a mild sweet and full of pumpkin flavor.
