Use banana to make bread loaf. Should be very interesting! I just try it out, overall not bad, have banana fragrance with the bread, simply spread with butter will be nice to taste.
ingredients:
250g bread flour
35g sugar
80g mashed banana (about 1 medium size banana)
160g milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp instant dry yeast
1 tbsp butter
- combine all except butter to form dough
- knead by hand at least 20 mins until the dough become smooth
- add butter into dough, continue kneading the dough become smooth again
- cover & proof for 60 mins or double in size
- shape dough to loaf, cover & fermented for another 60 mins or double
- preheat oven at 190C bake for 25-30 minutes
