grilled cheese sandwich (wholemeal) 烤奶酪全麦三明治


Our delicious breakfast of the day! Grilled cheese sandwich with homemade wholemeal bread. No sandwich maker needed!!

This is the grilled cheese sandwich that I learned from Internet. The sandwich was grilled nicely browned on the outer layer just like using a sandwich maker. But all this can just do it on a stove! 

The next day I make grilled cheese & egg sandwich for our breakfast. Yummy yummy! Three layer sandwich is for my husband while my son and I had the normal sandwich. Here's the sandwich that I make by using the same method but with different fillings! Let's play!

ingredients: (serve 2 pax)

2 pcs cheddar cheese
some iceberg lettuce, washed & drained, tomatoes slices......
some butter
some mayonnaise
1 small ceramic plate
  1. butter your wholemeal bread, both side
  2. heat up a pan in medium low heat, place 2 pieces bread onto pan to grill until light brown
  3. turn over & place a piece of cheese onto light brown bread, add lettuce & mayonnaise
  4. add another piece of bread on top, place a small ceramic plate on top of the sandwich to hold & level the sandwich (you will have a perfect grilled & crusty brown on your bread)
  5. grilled until lightly brown & flip over to grilled until cheese melted.

配料: (2人)

4片全麦面包或白面包
2片切达干酪
一些生菜洗净沥干和西红柿片......
一些黄油
一些蛋黄酱
1小陶瓷碟

  1. 两侧全麦面包擦上黄油
  2. 平底锅, 放入2片面包在平底锅上烤,直至浅棕色
  3. 翻面, 放置一块奶酪到浅棕色的面包上,加生菜和蛋黄酱
  4. 再添一片面包放在上面,放置一个小陶瓷碟在三明治上
  5. 烤到轻棕色, 再翻转过来烤到奶酪融化。
