Long time didn't eat mac and cheese. So today I cook it as our side dish for our favourites lemon chicken chop. Another side dish accompany was simple pan-fried potato with garlic & scallion.
My mac & cheese does not need to bake in the oven. Just cook all ingredients until sauce is thicken then serve. Simple and easy.
ingredients:
150g cooked elbow macaroni
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese; or 3 slices of square cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tbsp all purpose flour
salt & pepper

- medium low heat, melt butter in a pan
- add flour, stir to become a roux
- add milk slowly
- add cheddar cheese, cook until cheese melted
- add cooked macaroni, stir until sauce become thicken
- season with salt & pepper

1/2汤匙中筋面粉

- 中低热量,融化黄油在平底锅
- 加入面粉,搅拌成为糊
- 慢慢的加入牛奶
- 添加切达干酪,煮至融化的奶酪
- 加熟通心面,搅拌,直到汁勾芡成
- 加盐和胡椒
