mac and cheese 通心粉与车打芝士


Long time didn't eat mac and cheese. So today I cook it as our side dish for our favourites lemon chicken chop. Another side dish accompany was simple pan-fried potato with garlic & scallion.
My mac & cheese does not need to bake in the oven. Just cook all ingredients until sauce is thicken then serve. Simple and easy.


 

ingredients:


150g cooked elbow macaroni

1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese; or 3 slices of square cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tbsp all purpose flour
salt & pepper
  1. medium low heat, melt butter in a pan
  2. add flour, stir to become a roux
  3. add milk slowly
  4. add cheddar cheese, cook until cheese melted
  5. add cooked macaroni, stir until sauce become thicken
  6. season with salt & pepper

原料:

熟150克肘部通心粉
1/4杯碎切达干酪; 或3个方切达奶酪
1/2杯牛奶
1大匙黄油
1/2汤匙中筋面粉
椒盐
  1. 中低热量,融化黄油在平底锅
  2. 加入面粉,搅拌成为糊
  3. 慢慢的加入牛奶
  4. 添加切达干酪,煮至融化的奶酪
  5. 加熟通心面,搅拌,直到汁勾芡成
  6. 加盐和胡椒
