simple pan-fried potato with garlic & scallion 蒜香煎土豆


Looks simple but REALLY delicious, also very easy. Can be serve as side dish (western food) or just a dish serve with rice.



配料:(2-3PAX)

5中等大小的马铃薯,切成立
3瓣大蒜,切碎
葱,切块
盐和胡椒
橄榄油
  1. 蒜末和切葱
  2. 水煮土豆,直到土豆是刚刚煮,沥干
  3. 用一些橄榄油加热平底锅,油锅内炒熟倒掉的土豆,直到淡棕色
  4. 加入蒜末,翻炒爆香
  5. 最后加入葱段,盐和胡椒调味
ingredients: (serve 2-3 pax)

5 medium size potato, cut to cubes

3 cloves garlic, minced
scallion, diced
salt & pepper
olive oil

 
minced garlic & diced scallion, I use my own grow scallion


boil potatoes with water until potatoes is just cook, drain


heat up a pan with some olive oil, pan fry drained potatoes until slightly brown


 
add minced garlic, stir fry until fragrant


lastly add scallion, salt & pepper to taste
