lemon soy sauce chicken wings 柠檬酱油鸡翅膀


This lemon soy sauce chicken wings is so delicious yet very easy to cook! Love it in the way it taste and easy to cook! A spoonful of  gravy was so yummy can serve with a bowl of rice!


Original recipe was from a youtube cooking show. It was simple so I give it a try. Results is... it taste amazing. I tried to cook with chicken whole leg and chicken thighs, is still good and delicious!

ingredients:
4 chicken wings / 1-2 chicken whole leg / chicken thighs
1 lemon
1 inch of ginger
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
some water

 

  1. slice lemon & ginger, set aside.
  2. heat up pan with some oil, saute ginger until fragrant
  3. add chicken wings, stir fry until the skin is a bit cook
  4. add sliced lemon, brown sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce & oyster sauce, stir-fry until all combine
  5. while you stir-fry the chicken it will be some juice but is not enough to cook the chicken, so add some water to cover half of the chicken
  6. cover with lid, let simmer for 3-4 minutes, or until gravy become bubbling
  7. serve with white rice!
