vegetables fritters 蔬菜炸饼


Kids love fritters, so I decide to cut the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets to make this fritters. A good way to let your kids to eat vegetables. Also you can taste the original sweetness from the vegetables.



ingredients:
1 small broccoli
1 small cauliflower
1/2 carrot
3 tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp oil

  1. wash & drain broccoli & cauliflower, cut into small florets
  2. cut carrot into strips
  3. in a big bowl, combine flour & salt, slowly add in water & whisk into a smooth batter
  4. add in oil, whisk to combine
  5. add cut vegetables, coat all vegetables with the flour batter
  6. heat 2-3 cups of oil in a pan or wok, spoon a scoop of the mixture into the oil to fry until golden brown
  7. drain the fritter & serve!
