  2. add in garlic & onion, sautee until fragrant
  3. add in ketchup or tomato paste, parsley, rosemary & basil

I use half of the following recipe to make this pizza.

Click to check out the pizza dough recipe here: soft primer pizza but I replace 1/3 cup wholemeal flour instead of using all AP flour for this pizza.

hand knead pizza dough until surface is smooth
cover dough and let it rest for 1 hour or more or until double in size

Punch & flatten the dough, knead into a ball shape
slowly use hand to flatten the center and shape like above picture

stretch the dough and fit on a grease pan (9" x 13.5")
apply cooked pizza sauce evenly on the flatten dough

layer with cheese, sausage and meatballs
crack an egg and put at the center of the pizza
sprinkle some salt & black pepper for taste
top with more more mozzarella & cheddar cheese

bake pizza in the oven at 200C for 12-18 minutes, or until cheese melted
and edges are turning brown
