pan fried salmon with pasta 香煎三文鱼与意大利面


A simple garlic and herbs pasta with pan fried salmon on the table for our dinner. Own cook western food is more healthier and also very economical if compare with western food restaurant. We can enjoy with big portion of pasta and 2 pieces of salmon on the plate!!! Specially cook for my guy!




 

Add in some chilies flakes if you like a spicy pasta, we all love it! Anyone can cook!! Just follow my cooking instructions and you will get to enjoy this delicious pasta dish in half an hour time!


ingredients for pan fried salmon: (serve 3 pax)
5 pieces of salmon
salt & black pepper

  1. defrost frozen salmon, drain the salmon & pat dry with kitchen towel
  2. season both sides of salmon with salt & black pepper
  3. heat pan with high heat (NO OIL needed), pan fry both sides of salmon until brown



ingredients for garlic & herbs pasta: (serve 3 pax)
250g spaghetti
4 cloves of garlic, minced
pinch of basil & parsley
some olive oil
  1. boiled with water with a pinch of salt. Add in spaghetti for 9 minutes, drained
  2. add 1 tbsp olive oil into heated pan, add garlic & sautee until fragrant but not brown
  3. add pinch of parsley and basil, stir well and add spaghetti
  4. add a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste. Stir well and ready to serve
