yuen bao dumplings 元宝饺子


Today is rainy day, I make some pot sticker for our lunch to warm up our stomach. The filling is pork and cabbage, with anchovies - "ikan bilis" broth as soup.

Ingredients for fillings:
ground pork
cabbage
some salt & sugar
white pepper
sesame oil

  1. mix all ingredients in a bowl until is all combine
  2. wrap fillings with dough into desired shapes
  3. put in wrapped pot sticker into the boiling soup, let cook until the pot sticker is floating on top and expanded. Dish out and ready to serve.
