you will need:-
2 chicken while legs
1 lemon
some slices ginger
oyster sauce
soy sauce
sugar & salt to taste
water
- heat pan with some oil, stir fry ginger for a with slightly brown at the edge
- add chicken, stir fry until half cook
- add lemon, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar & salt
- add water, cover until half of the chicken
- let simmer for 5 minutes until chicken is fully cook
- let sauce simmer & reduce
- serve!
