Today I try to make this thin crust pepperoni pizza for our dinner + 3 pieces of hotdog buns.
I try to finish all the balance of bread flour in the fridge and adding some bran into the dough.
Recipe :-
100 gm bread flour (the only balance left)
200 gm AP flour
2/3 tsp fine salt
1 1/2 tsp dry active yeast
190 gm water
1 tsp fine sugar
(Mixed all in a small bowl, rest 3 to 5 minutes until mixture become bubbly)
- I dissolve the yeast first this time because I use quite some salt & less sugar on this recipe. So need to make sure the yeast is alive. :)
- After yeast become active, pour the mixture into the dry ingredients, mix & knead well with hand
- Rest dough for 5 minutes, add in 1 tbsp of oil, knead well
- Rest another 10 minutes, now dough become more easier to knead. Stop when the surface of dough become smooth
- Cover the dough & rest 1 hour
- After an hour, dough become double, divide dough into 2
- Flatten dough with wooden roller or just by hand
- Add the pizza tomatoes sauce, the the pepperoni, cheese & tomato slices. Sprinkle some olive oil on the pizza at last
- Preheated oven at 230℃, bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melt & pizza crust become brown
- Slice with pizza cutter & bon appetite!!
