peanut butter buns 花生酱小餐包
Peanut butter buns for this bake. Soft little buns for our breakfast and tea time. Some was garnish with black sesame seeds and make one sugar buns for my little one.

steamed giant bao/buns 大肉包
I seldom buy giant bao in my life, the main reason was I don't have a big stomach for it. My choice was always choose for char siew bao or vegetables baos. This is just my first attempt to make this giant bao, really hope that it will be success.

pan-grilled lemongrass chicken 香茅煎鸡块
This is my latest new dish in our delicious menu - pan-grilled lemongrass chicken! Full of lemongrass, fish sauce and a mild sweet flavor chicken. I was inspired by those famous Vietnamese lemongrass chicken. Son's commented - it was very delicious and he love it!

abalone chicken peanut porridge 鲍鱼鸡丝花生粥
I usually cook plain porridge with my rice cooker but it always turn out not soft enough and still with the rice shapes. I also cook a lots of porridge when my son in 1 year old. But still cannot achieve the same texture if we compared with the porridge food stall in the restaurant.

green tail giant ant
Giant ant visit our home again but this time is a green tail giant ant. We only saw a single ant in the house area. No idea where it came? But it was very interesting to see this wonderful insect. We put him away at our backyard garden, since then no more seeing him anymore!

homemade sushi 自制寿司
This is the first time I try to make sushi from scratch, not easy yet not difficult. I cooked the sushi rice then add in the vinegar mixture, stirring, rolling, cutting & having fun!
