1 whole chicken leg, cut to pieces
2 dry black fungus, soaked with water, cut to pieces
1 inch ginger, sliced
3 cloves garlic, smashed
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup hot water
- heat cooking pan with some oil, add smashed garlic & ginger slices to sauté until fragrant
- add chicken, stir fry until half cook
- add seasoning like oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce & sugar
- keep sautéing, add 1/2 cup hot water, cover with lid
- let it simmer about 10 minutes, or until the gravy become lesser & the chicken is cooked
- serve with warm rice!
