An epi is usually a loaf of French bread which is cut and shaped to resemble an ear of wheat. This bread is beautiful to look at and is pulled apart, rather than sliced, which makes it a great party bread.
I had done making pizza a day before and I have no idea what to do with a small piece of dough. So I decided making this epi using my leftover pizza dough. It is very beautiful even before and after baking. We love it so much! It was crunchy and soft inside. I just don't like that the epi have a lot of bubble during fermentation maybe was over fermented.
