potato & onion frittata 马铃薯洋葱煎蛋饼




This is our most common home make breakfast. Easy find ingredients to cook your breakfast and can really fill up your hungry stomach.



All you need are potatoes, onions and eggs. Frittata is an egg-based Italian dish similar to an omelette or crustless quiche.


 ingredients: (serve 2-3 pax)

3 medium potatoes, peeled & slice to strips
1 big yellow onion, diced
2 large eggs
salt & pepper
oil


 

  • peel potatoes, use a food shredder to slice into strips, soak with salt water (1 tsp salt into water). drained & squeeze out water from the potatoes & set a side
  • diced onion, crack the eggs, set a side 


 
  • heat non-stick pan with some oil in medium heat
  • add diced onion, sauté until translucent
  • add in potatoes strips
  • add beaten eggs, add salt & pepper to taste


 
  • pan fry both side until light brown
  • serve!
