Cooking western food sometimes is very tiring but if you prepare the side dish earlier then it would be much more easier and faster. I wonder how if I going to cook for 10 people? Must be very very tiring! So early preparation is very important! haha..
Mushroom gravy is always our top choice if compare with black pepper gravy for chicken chop. We dine in at a restaurant in Damansara Jaya recently and the western food stall is very tasty. I like the way they cook and they serve with pasta and fries. Sometimes I "steal" some "trick" from them and try to cook them at home. Meaning "steal" is keep on looking how they cook the dish. Sometimes they (the cook) will wonder why this women keep on looking at them! : D
I cook chicken chop many times but this is the most successful one. The chicken chop is so tasty, so tender and also so buttery! To lower my guilt on the "fry" issue and adding so much of butter into my cooking, so I make it more healthier look by adding boiled broccoli and stir fry pasta. haha...
