colourful rainbow fried rice 颜色鲜艳的彩虹炒饭



Colourful rainbow fried rice? Yes! My son love it so much, he was able to eat one full bowl of fried rice today!



Many colours on this fried rice, that's why I call it RAINBOW fried rice. All these colourful vegetables are all I can find in my fridge. Is an easy meal if you have a busy day.



ingredients: (3-4 pax)


5 cups cooked rice

1/2 red capsicum (cut to small cube)
1/2 yellow capsicum (cut to small cube)
1 stick chinese sausage / normal sausage / chicken
6 long beans (diced)
1 small carrot (diced)
3 eggs
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp soy sauce
salt, sugar & pepper to taste
  1. pour 1 egg into cooked rice, stir to combine.
  2. cook scramble egg, set a side.
  3. put minced garlic over heated oil, then add chinese sausage to fried until fragrant.
  4. add long beans & carrot, stir fry for another 1 minutes.
  5. add capsicum, cook rice & scramble eggs, fry to combine.
  6. add sesame oil, soy sauce, salt, sugar & pepper to taste.
  7. fry all rice mixture for another 5 minutes.
  8. serve!
