simple sautéed vegetables with garlic 清炒蒜蓉油麦菜




Simple vegetables sautéed with garlic. Most of the vegetables can sauté with garlic and is my favorites way to cook vegetables. 


ingredients:

1 pack of "you mak choi"  油麦菜
3 gloves garlic - minced
some veg. oil
salt & pepper


  1. medium heat, heat pan with oil.
  2. add minced garlic, cook until fragrant.
  3. add washed "you mak choi", add salt & pepper.
  4. sauté vegetables until its turn darker green, cover lid for 2 minutes.
  5. open lid, stir again & off heat.
  6. serve.
