Always on my mind, thinking.... How good if I can make my own bread and have a freshly bake bread in the oven...
You know, I don't have a good mixer or bread maker which can knead the dough and also need a long time to proof the dough and shaping and proofing again......
I really love to make bread because when you can smell the bread in your oven then you will forget all about the troublesome and hours to proof dough. I really miss my bread after I giving birth to my son Brian. I spend most of the time to take care of him , play with him and do housework. That's why I post less on cooking now.
Above WHITE LOAF photo was taken long time ago. Now only I have time to share the recipe with you.
A soft bread while freshly bake in the oven, I do not want to lie to you on this, any bread fresh bake from oven is so soft and heavenly smell good! This bread texture is a bit rough because I just use my hand to do the kneading and I am just the beginner on bread making.
Ingredients:
