For those who love butter should try this fried rice. This fried rice is full of butter flavour and looks very colourful. My son love it, that makes him eat more vegetables. Very suitable to kids who don't like to eat vegetables.
Ingredients: (serve 2 - 3 pax)
4 cups cooked rice (overnight)
3 large eggs
1 medium broccoli ( stem part shredded)
1 medium carrot (shredded)
1 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp light soy sauce
salt, sugar and pepper to taste
- add pinch of salt to eggs, whisk. Add in eggs and cook to scramble egg. Set a side.
- heat pan with butter to fry garlic until fragrant.
- add broccoli, shredded broccoli stems and carrots.
- add rice and stir fry to combine.
- add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, salt, sugar and pepper to taste.
- serve hot.
