ingredients: (make 20 small cupcakes)
70g all purpose flour
15g cornflour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 large egg
60g butter
85g fine sugar
80g milk
- sift all dry ingredients.
- beat butter & sugar until pale & fluffy.
- add in egg & milk, whisk to combine.
- fold in flour mixture into wet batter, stir batter to become smooth.
- fill cupcake pan to 2/3 full.
- bake 190℃ for 30 minutes.
