I like this banana oats muffins, healthy and low fat because no butter or oil added in this recipe. I woke up early in the morning to make this muffin for breakfast. My 2 boys love it! Another easy and fast recipe to prepare.
ingredients: (make 9 muffins)
4 medium size ripe bananas (mashed)
1-1/2 cups All Purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 large egg
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup oats
1 tsp vanilla essence
- preheat oven at 190C.
- mashed bananas and set aside.
- combine flour, baking soda and salt, set aside.
- use a whisk to combine brown sugar, sugar, egg and milk in a bowl.
- add mixed flour, mix well.
- add in mashed bananas.
- add vanilla essence and oats.
- mix well until smooth and pour over to muffin tin.
- bake for 30 minutes or until a wooden skewer come out clean.
- serve warm.
