banana oats muffins 香蕉燕麦玛芬



I like this banana oats muffins, healthy and low fat because no butter or oil added in this recipe. I woke up early in the morning to make this muffin for breakfast. My 2 boys love it! Another easy and fast recipe to prepare.



ingredients: (make 9 muffins)

4 medium size ripe bananas (mashed)
1-1/2 cups All Purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 large egg
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup oats
1 tsp vanilla essence
  1. preheat oven at 190C.
  2. mashed bananas and set aside.
  3. combine flour, baking soda and salt, set aside.
  4. use a whisk to combine brown sugar, sugar, egg and milk in a bowl.
  5. add mixed flour, mix well.
  6. add in mashed bananas.
  7. add vanilla essence and oats.
  8. mix well until smooth and pour over to muffin tin. 
  9. bake for 30 minutes or until a wooden skewer come out clean.
  10. serve warm.
