Another Yee Mee recipe, very simple & easy to cook.
Ingredient: (serve 1 pax)
1 Yee Mee
1 egg
1 piece mushroom (soaked in water)
1 piece black fungus (soaked in water)
A handful of dried anchovies or ikan bilis (washed & set a side)
2 cloves garlic, mashed
Some Choy Sum Flower
A pinch of salt
1 tsp light soy sauce
2 cups of water
1 tsp cooking oil
- Heat up cooking oil in a bowl, medium heat, add anchovies & mashed garlic and fry until light brown.
- Add water, soy sauce and salt. Bring to boil for about 15 minutes in medium heat.
- Add mushroom, black fungus, Choy Sum flower and Yee Mee. Keep boiling for about 3 minutes.
- Add in egg on high heat for 1 minutes and serve!
