sweet & sour sauce 甜酸酱

This is a very tasty sauce. Especially for those who like to serve your fried food with this sweet & sour sauce. I like to serve it with my fried radish meatballs.


ingredients:

4 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp oyster sauce
some water
some sesame seeds

1. low heat, mix vinegar & sugar in a sauce pan
2. add in tomato, chili sauce & oyster sauce, stir well. May need to add some water if sauce become too thick
3. off heat, garnish with some sesame seeds
