duo flavor pizza 双味意大利薄饼/比萨



 

This is a duo flavor pizza - Mayo Tuna with Mushroom Pizza and Hawaiian Chicken Pizza. Very yummy!



This side is mayo tuna with mushroom, tomato slice and onion.


Another side is Hawaiian Chicken with tomato slice, mushroom and onion.


Make pizza again. Requested from my nephew, who stay at my house for a week on the passed school holiday. This time I use another pizza dough recipe. I use the pizza sauce to make this pizza. 

Ingredients: ( serve 2 - 3 pax, use 37cm x 21cm pan or 12 inch pizza)


To make the pizza dough:


340g all purpose flour

190g warm water
5g active dry yeast
1/2 tsp castor sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil


  1. let yeast and sugar dissolve in warm water. Set a side for 5 minutes until bubbles comes out
  2. combine flour and salt in a big bowl, pour dissolve yeast mixture into flour. Knead until all combine.
  3. lastly add olive oil, continue kneading for 20 - 30 minutes until dough become smooth.
  4. make dough into round shape, grease a bowl with oil and put in dough. Covered and rest for 1 hour or double in size.

Ingredients for toppings:

for Hawaiian Chicken:

Pizza sauce
Chicken breast (sliced)
2 sliced of can pineapple

for Mayo Tuna: 

1/2 can tuna
Mayonnaise

Rest of the ingredients would be the same:

5 fresh button mushroom (sliced)
1 tomato (sliced)
1/2 medium size onion (sliced)
120g Mozzarella cheese


  1. preheat oven at 250°C. 
  2. shape and put toppings for the pizza.
  3. set baking tray on the lowest rack & bake for 10 mins.
