cranberry icecream 蔓越莓雪糕


This is just a testing icecream. I never make icecream before and found a recipe which only need cream and milk as base. No egg was use on this icecream recipe. So I make this which no actual measurement on the ingredients. Just play with it and try the taste until it comes out this cranberries icecream.

What you need:
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 tbsp castor sugar
1/2 cup milk
4 tbsp 
cranberry-sauce
  1. whip whipping cream and sugar until fluffy .
  2. add milk, stir to well combine.
  3. freeze at least 3 hours in a air tight container.
  4. take out container and add cranberries sauce. Mix well and put back to freezer overnight.
