This is my first time making this home made delicious and nutritious cranberry sauce. Super easy to make, need only minimum ingredients like fresh Cranberry, sugar and water. Like to see the cranberry pops up in the saucepan, and minimum time needed.
Ingredients: (make 2-1/4 cups)
1 pack (340g) Fresh Cranberries
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
- bring water and sugar to boil in a medium saucepan.
- add cranberries and return to boil. Reduce heat and boil for 10 minutes, stir occasionally. Cranberries will pop up and use a potato masher to mash the cranberries.
- cover and cool completely at room temperature and refrigerate.
